Margaret Curran visits New Easterhouse Credit Union

Margaret Curran was delighted to visit New Easterhouse Credit Union at
Shandwick Square today.

Margaret said: “Angela and the staff in the credit union do a great job for
people in Easterhouse. I strongly support credit unions and I want to make
sure that all the banking rules that are rightly in place do not inhibit
credit unions from opening up.

Credit unions play a vital role in some of Scotland’s poorest communities
and I want to see more help for them.”
